I have actually come to realise that I don’t eat a lot of red meat. I eat a lot of dairy products so I could never become vegan, (the Polish cheesecake and I are practically married, an odd married but a committed one), but veggie maybe.
i was talking to the woman who runs my local farmer’s market, and she brought up a wonderful point. because not everyone can afford eating local, organic, and being vagan. and not everyone’s lifestyle fits that. but every little thing you do helps. just thinking about what you eat consciously, buying one more thing organic that you normally wouldn’t, cutting down on your red meat - that all makes a difference.
i don’t think the whole world should be vegan or vegetarian or make big changes. but i do think it’s a good idea to just be more conscious when it comes to where your food comes from.

I agree completely, as student on a limited budget it can be hard sometimes but not totally difficult. It’s actually become easier nowadays with supermarket stocking more organic produce and homegrown at that too. Every little bit helps!
